CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Cancellations will be accepted if requested within 48 hours  after purchasing the service, without exception.

 

Cancellations after 48 hours of payment confirmation and up to 7 days will have a 25% refund. After 7 days there will be no refund.

If you have purchased any service  within a period of up to 7 (seven) days -  from receipt - contact us at  the email flaviapz@assessoriaciencia.com  informing the reason for your request and data, as well as: (name, telephone and invoice number). After prior analysis of the data and reasons, we will arrange the cancellation and/or partial refund.

The deadline for the cancellation request to our Call Center will be finalized is 30 (thirty) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the request in our center.
